Position Summary:

The Project Manager provides administrative documentation and coordination support to project leadership and executive stakeholders. This role is responsible for preparing reports presentations and technical documentation coordinating meetings and events tracking action items and ensuring deliverables are accurate organized and professionally formatted. This role works closely with project teams to compile information integrate graphics and data into cohesive deliverables and maintain documentation libraries while supporting project reporting and executive communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare compile and edit reports proposals letters memos manuals and cost estimates from drafts or source materials
  • Format professional deliverables by integrating written content data and graphics into cohesive presentations and reports
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets presentations and briefing materials using standard office productivity tools
  • Review documents for accuracy in grammar spelling punctuation composition and formatting prior to supervisor approval
  • Prepare special reports summaries and responses to inquiries by compiling relevant information from multiple sources
  • Integrate graphics and visual elements produced by automated tools into final deliverable documents
  • Coordinate events and logistics for seminars conferences program meetings and executive sessions
  • Assist in organizing information and materials required for executive meetings and presentations
  • Support the development of meeting agendas and assist with the facilitation of working sessions and executive meetings
  • Track meeting action items monitor progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Draft executive communications and meeting summaries capturing key discussion points decisions and next steps including responsible owners and timelines
  • Establish productive working relationships across teams to support efficient information sharing and coordination
  • Review and edit functional descriptions manuals reports and customer deliverables to ensure clarity consistency and technical accuracy
  • Support financial and administrative activities related to project documentation reporting and deliverable preparation
  • Maintain and manage an internal documentation library ensuring materials remain organized accessible and current
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining systems programming and operations documentation procedures and methodologies
  • Assemble technical documentation packages and conduct analysis of compiled information to highlight key findings and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years relevant experience
  • Must have experience with the following programs: SharePoint Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in logistics and contact with the public coordinating highly visible

seminars conferences and program meetings.

  • Experience assisting with the creation maintenance and analysis of technical

documentation and information including presentations and reports involving document assembly editing and related administrative and financial support.

  • Proficiency in organizational change management standards
  • Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools
  • Ability to create critique and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for

consumption by senior management.

  • Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guiding teams to adapt change
  • Excellent communications skill both written and oral with focus on strong visual communications skills to convey complex concepts via graphic designs.
  • Creative strategic thinker and self-starter with ability to solve complex programmatic problems.
  • Ability to multi-task deconflict priorities and accountable for all assigned projects/tasks under broad guidance

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law the expected salary range for this position is $90000 $120000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidates experience qualifications skills and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
