Youll guide and mentor a team of Managers empowering them to deliver bestpractice personcentred support to people with disability.

Collaboration is key in this role you will work closely with internal and external partners ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while maintaining all operational legislative and quality requirements.

This role blends strategic and operational leadership giving you the opportunity to influence outcomes at a systemic level while supporting teams on the ground.

• Leadership within Disability Health or Community Services
• Managing large and diverse teams including coaching and developing leaders
• Embedding personcentred practices in service delivery
• Financial management and analysis
• Identifying and managing risks in complex service environments
• Leading change initiatives with positive outcomes
• Building partnerships with stakeholders such as customers government universities and industry partners
• Achieving strong results through others
