Job Summary

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support enterprise digital services. This role is ideal for a user-centered design professional with strong public-sector experience a passion for accessibility and a proven ability to translate research into intuitive digital experiences.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Design user-friendly accessible and visually compelling interfaces

  • Conduct AODA accessibility testing and validation

  • Apply user-centered design principles rapidly testing and iterating solutions

  • Plan and conduct user research interviews surveys and usability testing

  • Translate insights into:

    • User needs maps

    • Personas

    • Customer journey maps

    • Sitemaps & user flows

    • Wireframes mockups and prototypes

  • Design UX for web and mobile applications digital displays and online programs

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver product vision

  • Identify UX problems and develop elegant evidence-based design solutions

  • Continuously gather user feedback to improve existing interfaces

Required Experience & Skills

UX & Service Design (5 years):

  • User research (exploratory & evaluative)

  • User needs mapping & stakeholder mapping

  • Personas and customer journey mapping

  • Collaborative design & co-design facilitation

  • Prototyping and service blueprinting

  • Iterative UX design driven by user testing

  • AODA testing and accessibility validation

Design & Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong experience designing for web and mobile platforms

  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools

  • Understanding of web development capabilities and constraints

  • Experience designing across multiple devices and interfaces

  • Ability to integrate emotional and human-centered design principles
