Role Name: Sky Fusion Oracle Technical Architect

Location: Philadelphia PA. ONSITE. (Per client requirement and up to 75% travel)

Job Summary:

The Oracle Technical Architect will manage and deliver medium to high complexity / Cloud Transformation / Multi-Country roll out integration projects. They will play a crucial role in designing architecture for scalability high-availability performance flexibility operational efficiency security and maintainability. The ideal candidate will lead translation of the clients business goals and requirements into system designs technical configuration and testing of Oracle applications and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions
• Review and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution
• Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements
• Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities
• Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations
• Define solution footprint for prospects either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions
• Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk.
• Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts
• Contribute to Capgeminis Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities knowledge solutions etc.

Required Skills:

• 9-13 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS)
• Must have worked on at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projects
• Experience designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems
• Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration
• Primary Modules: Oracle modules to be listed by requestor
• Secondary Modules: Modules to be listed by requestor
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Implementation in global environments or international experience
• Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher is required in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or applicable degree
• Two active Oracle Cloud Certifications including Oracle Integration Cloud
• Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 model
