Job Title: Staffing Branch Manager Arlington TX (on-site)

Reports to: VP of Operations / Executive Management / Regional Manager
Summary: Reports directly to the VP of Operations performing a wide variety of analytical supervisory and administrative duties in the Branch Management position. Assumes responsibility for planning developing coordination implementing and maintaining the day to-day administration of their branch. Monitor effectiveness with regards to their staff; provides reports to VP of Operations for improvements updates or revision as required within their office. Ensure compliance by Service Coordinators Sales Safety Coordinator On-Site Coordinators and Associates.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as branch manager of a staffing firm
- Under the direction of VP of Operations designs develops coordinates and implements policies and procedures continuously working with their Safety Coordinator with regards to programs and prevention measures rules and standards.
- Become familiar with all aspects of branch operations to fill in on emergency situations service department injury reporting dealing with client issues and concerns sales department onsite responsibilities and reports.
- Provide overall management of branch staff associates and clients accounts.
- Fulfillment of orders upon clients needs with the best possible candidates responsible for interviewing screening and testing potential associates for placement follow through with client to ensure client satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Verify employment history with previous companies administration of background check employment eligibility with E-verify program coordinating drug screen with designated clinics.
- Conduct orientation on company policies introduction on company procedures review all client orientation and requirements with staff and associates.
- Pick up and Delivery of checks from corporate payroll department to branch office and to client sites.
- Maintaining computer data information for clients and associates accurate ensure data entry is consistent with required fields of information and maintain all documentation to date and administration of notices to all associates.
- Handle payroll processing collection of timecards editing entering employees time in data for check processing and distribution.
- Answering high volume of call during the day. On call 24/7 - after hours depending on rotation of the phones as scheduled and assigned.
- Ensure weekly reports are submitted completed and forward to VP of Operations.
- Conduct safety inspections with your safety coordinator for each location at minimum of once per month; help identify recognized hazards and report findings to Executive Management and Safety Department immediately.
- Monitor and coordinate safety program activities and training awareness along with Safety Coordinator for associates and on-site coordinators.
- Education: Bachelors preferred
- Language Skills: Effective verbal and written bilingual (English/Spanish)communication. Ability to understand and be understood when interacting with client associates executive management and company staff.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic remedial
- Reasoning Ability: Make sound judgment work as a team player assess and analyze situations quickly.
- Physical Demands: Required to drive vehicle and travel to corporate meetings deliver checks pick up supplies or equipment and visit clients.
- Work Environment: Professional Attire ability to work with multi-location customers and from time to time at different branch offices. Able to work overtime from time to time depending on client operations hours and needs such as special project assist with checking in orders and completion of orders. Ability to lead staff guide train counsel and provide disciplinary actions as needed.
- Completion and submission of Staff performance reviews to Corporate Management accordingly.
- Ensure to use time and attendance system on a daily basis to track individual hours work based on set schedules and have approval from corporate office.
- Manager is fully responsible for opening and closing of branch and its operations.
