Job Summary
Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN Experience with hospice case management required Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. Prior experience with rural travel preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred Work schedule Monday - Friday ****Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract.****
