The Respiratory Neuro Diagnostics Specialist functioning as a Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to patients. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Manage patient cases.
- Provide hospice care.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum of two years of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Not specified.
Special Considerations:
- Traveler may need to float between similar units.
- On-call requirements not specified.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
Scheduling:
- Variable shifts: Nights or Days depending on staffing needs.
