- Monitoring & Observability:

- Work closely with application teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance issues at both the application and system level.
Incident Support: - Participate in incident response efforts related to performance and availability.
- Provide monitoring insights during troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Identify and close monitoring gaps.
Continuous Improvement: - Enhance monitoring standards and documentation.
- Recommend improvements to monitoring configurations and alert strategies.
- Support integration of monitoring tools with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 5 years in systems engineering infrastructure support or monitoring roles.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers virtualized environments (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Basic networking understanding (DNS TCP/IP load balancing).
- Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash (preferred).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring.
- Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries (e.g. healthcare financial services).
