You will build mission-critical AI-powered medical software for a platform serving over 10000 NHS consultations weekly. By developing robust backend services and EHR integrations youll help eliminate documentation burdens for clinicians. This role offers the unique challenge of shipping high-quality regulated code that directly improves patient safety and healthcare efficiency at national scale.

What you will do:

• Design and implement scalable backend services and infrastructure that meet MHRA medical device standards.

• Engineer seamless integrations with various Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure secure real-time data flow.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and clinicians to rapidly ship features that automate clinical notes referral letters and medical coding.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 2-10 years of software engineering experience with a track record of building robust high-quality systems at top-tier companies.

• Demonstrates a spike in engineering velocity capable of delivering production-ready code rapidly within complex regulated environments.

• Background in computer science with a strong interest in healthcare AI or experience in highly regulated sectors like fintech or medtech.
