OurNorthern Europe(NE) unit covers the Benelux region Switzerland Germanyand Austria and offers our customers exceptional service and innovative solutions.
What you can expect
The B2B Marketing Expert plays a key role in supporting local sales teams across the NE region with 360 marketing initiatives.Joining us - in this 18-month fixed-term role - you will strengthen B2B and B2B2C partner engagement enhance communication effectiveness and ensure consistent training and marketing activation throughout the region.
- Create highquality B2B/B2B2C marketing materials (brochures presentations case studies trade show assets digital content)
- Collaborate with the brand team and internal/ external experts to develop impactful content
- Develop and execute communication strategies that keep partners informed inspired and engaged
- Coordinate training materials and sessions (inperson elearning webinars) in close alignment with sales teams
- Cocreate and support virtual and inperson events such as webinars workshops partner demos and conferences
- Ensure a consistent strong brand presence across all touchpoints
- Work collaboratively with sales product development customer service and other teams to deliver tailored marketing support
- Monitor analyze and report on marketing activities to drive continuous improvement
What you will bring with you
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong background in content marketing and PR preferably in multicountry or regional environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and optimize campaign performance
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing best practices
- Fluency in German and very good working knowledge of English
- Excellent communication relationshipbuilding writing and editing skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset paired with strong attention to detail and team spirit
