Job Summary

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will work within the JD Group Marketplace Unit team collaborating with merchandising business planning finance marketplace sales supply chain and brand functions. Youll partner with EMEA and Barcelona teams to execute annual and seasonal plans and act as the main contact for JD Group Sporting Goods banners. This role reports to the JDG SG Senior Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic data-driven professional with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments demonstrates adaptability and has experience in account commercial management merchandising and sales planning. Digital literacy and omnichannel expertise are essential. Key skills include:

  • Proven experience in account commercial management across Sales Brand Buying Merchandising and Business Planning especially with Pull model accounts.

  • Skilled in seasonal management and strategic account planning including tactical sales plans.

  • Strong end-to-end relationship management with partners driving business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse sales metrics and make data-driven commercial decisions.

  • Digital and omnichannel expertise in the sporting goods sector.

  • Excellent relationship-building influencing and communication skills with internal and external partners.

  • High standard in complex partnership management problem-solving and contributing to team performance.

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will drive market share growth by executing strategies managing seasonal assortments and optimising partner performance. Youll ensure premium product presentation build seamless consumer experiences and manage end-to-end business relationships. Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise seasonal assortments trading and replenishment to maximise partner results.

  • Manage OB rights and collaborate closely with the Marketplace Supply Chain team.

  • Drive brand impact through partner relationships launches and community activations; manage brand budgets and calendars.

  • Plan account business including weekly sell-out stock & sales and long-range forecasts.

  • Ensure best product presentation across digital and physical channels aligned with One Nike Marketplace strategy.

  • Build seamless online-to-offline consumer experiences and oversee product launch journeys.

  • Manage end-to-end business to contribute to net revenue growth and CFOP goals.

  • Collaborate with partners to enhance sell-in experiences participate in JDG MPU forums and maintain consistent market presence.

The role is open for applications until 20th of March. Relocation is not offered for this position.
