REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate. At least three years of successful teaching experience preferred. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate.

MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS: Shall be able to instruct students in aSecond gradeclassroom setting individually and in group have the leadership ability and skill necessary to organize implement maintain and evaluate a comprehensive Second gradeprogram.

Shall have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers counselors and parents. Shall have the knowledge of theories of learning appropriate forSecond Grade.
