Job Summary

Requirements:

You must be 18 years old.

A pre-employment drug screen criminal background check and fingerprinting are required.
Valid drivers license / Proof of Insurance
Strong customer service skills are essential
Understanding or experience in general maintenance
Stand bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs

Job Duties:

Completing maintenance tasks including but not limited to:

basic electrical and light bulbs
plumbing
carpentry
mechanical
drywall and painting
Completing other tasks including general cleaning and projects as needed
