Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist

At Honeywell we are committed to driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. Aerospace Technologies is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Defense & Space division playing a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

You will report directly to our Marketing Director and youll work out of our Norcross GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the company by developing and executing targeted customer marketing strategies that drive engagement loyalty and revenue growth. Your ability to understand customer needs analyze market trends and deliver impactful campaigns will strengthen customer relationships enhance brand perception and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales teams globally to understand customer needs and create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage marketing programs including email campaigns social media promotions and customer events.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the customer journey ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events and Honeywell-led customer events.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field.
  • Passion for driving channel growth and maximizing sales opportunities.
