Job Summary
Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly respectful and understandable manner. Responsibilities
Maintains all outside areas. Responsible for all landscaped areas including pruning fertilization irrigation and pesticide spraying. Moves all casino and office areas (transfiles and equipment blackjack and craps tables desks stools etc.). Responsible for all snow and ice removal. Responsible for all fleet maintenance of equipment. Responsible for maintenance of dock and surrounding water shore areas A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency certificate. Physically strong. Must possess a valid New Jersey Commercial Drivers License (CDL). Safe driving record having less than 6 points on an individuals driving record. Previous grounds experience preferred. NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
