At Ayvens we have an opening for a Delivery Manager - Customer Experience.

What are you going to do

As our new Delivery Manager - Customer Experience you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and successful delivery of key engineeringrelated projects and maintenance items. You will ensure that teams are aligned risks are managed dependencies are coordinated and that all initiatives meet time budget and quality expectations across our Commerce & Partnerships domain.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the planning execution and delivery of Commerce and Partnerships projects and maintenance items
Managing team capacity and ensuring optimal resource allocation across initiatives
Collaborating closely with Engineering Managers and engineering teams to secure alignment and cohesive delivery
Engaging with business stakeholders PMs and technical teams to ensure clarity on objectives dependencies and deliverables
Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies proactively
Ensuring quality of deliverables meets functional and performance standards
Driving process improvement and strengthening ways of working across teams
Maintaining project documentation and providing regular reporting and status updates
Facilitating strong crossfunctional collaboration to ensure dependencies are effectively managed

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate has the ability to coordinate complex engineeringdriven initiatives while working across multiple teams geographies and stakeholders. You bring the interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships and the project management discipline needed to keep delivery on track in a fastmoving environment.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role preferably holding a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Strong project management skills with experience supporting or managing engineering teams
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
Experience with strategic planning capacity management and risk assessment
Ability to manage offshore teams across different time zones
Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Analytical datadriven mindset with strong problemsolving capabilities
Comfort working in dynamic environments and adopting new tools and processes
