We are looking for a Head of Geography who can combine subject expertise with creativity and leadership delivering high-quality lessons and fostering a love of Geography History and other Humanities disciplines.

The Role Head of Geography:

• Lead and develop the Geography department and contribute to the wider Humanities curriculum
• Inspire students to explore physical human and environmental Geography while making connections across Humanities subjects
• Monitor and drive student progress and attainment in Geography and related subjects
• Support and mentor staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
• Promote fieldwork enrichment opportunities and real-world links to engage students
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support leadership across the curriculum
