Worth Recruiting is working with a respected independent estate agency based in Ashford Kent who are looking to appoint a professional and experienced Part-Time Property Manager. This is a superb opportunity for someone with solid property management experience to work flexibly while playing a key role in a busy lettings department.

The ideal candidate will be confident well-organised and have a strong understanding of lettings legislation. This is a hands-on role where youll be working closely with landlords tenants contractors and colleagues ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Liaising with tenants landlords contractors and suppliers
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
• Carrying out periodic property inspections and reporting findings
• Ensuring legal compliance (e.g. safety certificates tenancy notices)
• Organising tenancy renewals move-ins and check-outs
• Keeping records updated and using CRM/property management systems
• Supporting the wider lettings team with administrative tasks

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• ARLA qualification desirable (but not essential)
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Calm professional and decisive under pressure
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player with a customer-first approach
• Willingness to stay up to date with legislation and training
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
