Responsibilities:
Skill: Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Product Management this role you will act as a bridge between stakeholders customers and the product team ensuring that business requirements are understood documented and effectively translated into actionable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the success of our products by providing insights conducting analysis and facilitating communication.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and prioritize business and functional requirements.
. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and alignment with business objectives.
. Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories workflows and use cases.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
. Act as a liaison between the product management team engineering marketing and other internal stakeholders.
. Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements and achieve alignment across teams.
3. Product Development Support:
. Work closely with product managers to define and refine the product roadmap.
. Ensure product features and functionalities meet business needs and provide value to end-users.
. Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and release planning.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
. Analyze customer feedback and product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
. Prepare reports and dashboards to present insights to the product team and leadership.
5. Quality Assurance and Testing:
. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product requirements are met during development.
. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions align with business needs.
6. Experience:
. 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a product management or software development environment.
. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence or Trello.
Skills:
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau).
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
. Experience with user research and customer journey mapping.
. Knowledge of the industry/domain relevant to the companys products.
