Job Title: Senior AEM Business Analyst (12 Years Experience)
Location : HyderabadPuneBangalore
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager implementations. The candidate should have 12 years of overall BA experience with deep exposure to digital platforms and enterprise web solutions. Knowledge of Magento (Adobe Commerce) is highly desirable especially in integrated AEMMagento ecosystems.
This role requires strong stakeholder management solutioning capability and the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead end-to-end requirement gathering for AEM-based digital programs
. Work closely with marketing eCommerce product and IT stakeholders
. Translate complex business needs into detailed BRDs FRDs user stories and acceptance criteria
. Drive solution discussions across AEM Sites Assets and integrations
. Collaborate with Magento teams for commerce-related requirements (catalog checkout promotions integrations)
. Support AEMMagento integration use cases (content-driven commerce product experience pages etc.)
. Facilitate workshops requirement walkthroughs and UAT sessions
. Perform impact analysis and manage change requests
. Mentor junior BAs and guide them on documentation standards and best practices
. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy
Required Skills & Experience
. 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Digital domain
. Strong hands-on experience with AEM (Sites Assets; Forms is a plus)
. Experience working on enterprise CMS implementations
. Strong understanding of web architecture components templates workflows
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum and SAFe environments
. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
. Experience in eCommerce domain
Preferred / Good to Have
. Working knowledge of Magento / Adobe Commerce
. Experience in AEMMagento integration projects
. Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
. Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem
. Basic understanding of HTML SEO analytics and personalization concepts

. Strong leadership and ownership mindset
. Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach
. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies
. Excellent presentation and documentation skills
