Job requirements

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Investment Analyst Intern to join our team. This role combines analytical work on real estate investment opportunities with proactive scouting of new potential projects and developers.

The intern will support the investment team in evaluating real estate deals analyzing financial and market data and identifying new development opportunities that could be suitable for crowdfunding through the Walliance platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in real estate investment project analysis and deal sourcing in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the analysis of real estate development projects including review of business plans financial assumptions and project documentation.
Assist in preparing internal investment analyses and summaries of potential projects.
Conduct market research on real estate sectors cities and development trends.
Identify and research potential developers and operators that could become partners of the platform.
Support the team in scouting new investment opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of potential projects.
Collaborate with different teams including investment marketing and business development.

Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in finance real estate economics business or a related field.
Strong interest in real estate investment and development.
Good analytical and research skills.
Comfortable working with Excel and financial data.
Proactive mindset and curiosity in identifying new opportunities.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
