WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

Asa Warehouse Associate youwill:

• Create shipping labels and track incoming and outgoing equipment
• Provide weekly reporting on equipment returns and shipping labels
• Align with the Equipment Recovery Team andinitiateswift action on all returns pending return
• Manage cases by pulling new tickets daily and ensure completion
• Tracking upcoming organizations needs andanticipatingvolume for shipping and equipment stock based on new employee hiring across North America.
• Flexibility to work Monday- Friday startingfrom7am-9am through 3pm-5pm.
• Deliverexpertcustomerexperienceswith asmile.

YOURQUALIFICATIONS

Yourskills integrity knowledgeandgenuinecompassion willdelivervalueand successwith qualificationsforourWarehouse Associaterole include:

• Must be able to lift to 50lbs without assistance- Required.

• Must have good Eyesight for attention to details-Required.

• Standing for extended periods of time-Required.

• Utilizing the forklift or pallet jacks- Preferred but notrequired.

• Receiving and unpacking returned equipment.

• Refurbishing cleaning shipping or packing equipment daily.

• Preparing equipment (Including PCs)in a timely mannerfor upcoming classes and tickets.

• Ensuring that all printed tickets are packed and on the loading dock prior topick up.

• Ensuring that the depot is clean not limited to: Sweeping wiping down tables taking out cardboard/trash and putting items in their respective areas.

• Tracking all equipment to and from users.

• Assistingwith minor repairs and imaging as trained.

• Preparing newly ordered equipment withina timelymanner and entering it into our systems.

• Utilizing our internal PowerApps or documents to track special projects.

• Other job duties as needed in the depot

• Mustresidein the United Statesandhave a valid U.S. address for residence
