AUDIT/REGULATORY/TRAINING

In this role you will impact the overall compliance and training posture of our organization enabling us to operate efficiently while minimizing risks associated with non-compliance.

You will report directly to the Director of Trade Compliance and youll work out of our Clearwater FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans strategies and methodologies to assess risk.
• Identify document and report compliance gaps and risks to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support on audit and regulatory matters.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in audit regulatory compliance or training operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex regulations and translate them into actionable training programs.
• Familiarity with compliance management software and audit tools.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field.
• Experience in a compliance or training role within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate complex findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
