Job Summary

Description:

  • Advanced professional with ability to apply in practicality concepts practices and procedures for a comprehensive rangeof I&IT business and system analysis services for clients with diverse business and technology needs
  • High level of expertise in required skill set specialized in technical area and may be required to provide specific advisory needs
  • Provide detailed systems comparison and gap fit analysis documentation.
  • Provide detailed finding reports of system implementation against business requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholder across teams independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to conduct presentations and knowledge transfer sessions of key deliverables.

Public Sector Experience:

  • Familiarity with Public Sector project management IT policies and practices enterprise architecture framework and Agile systems development methodology.
  • Knowledge of Ontarios Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA)
  • Knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).


Technical Skills:

10 years of experience in the following:

  • Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions interviews mock-ups etc.
  • Conducts business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects
  • Develops performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up
  • Experience developing strategies preparing business cases and cost-benefit analysis
  • Experience conducting requirements gathering developing documentation including presentations and briefing notes and conducting stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with frameworks and tools (JavaFX Swing jQuery JIRA Confluence
  • Oversee and participate in the development of complete testing documentation including detailed test cases expected and actual results automated test scripts.
  • Substantiating analysis with business group to fix data issues and provide queries and scripts that help in debugging data issues.
  • Substantiating analysis for business group to design/configure application properly in compliance with user profile/data access requirements.
  • Regularly review logs provide analysis & suggestions to implement measures of improvement proactively

  • Develops strategies prepares business cases and cost-benefit analysis and conducts feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives

  • Monitors progress resolves problems and reports regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders
