WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU
In this role you will develop 1) an expansion plan for the VynAssist program and 2) a program series designed to address Health Equity within the ATTR-CM community. This role will play an integral part in the development and execution of both of these initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
For VynAssist this role will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure VynAssist program efficiency and adaptation. Role responsibilities will include:
Assessing and recommending additional VynAssist responsibilities.
Creating operating model for expanded program (roles/responsibilities and ways of working among various XF colleagues in VynAssist operations).
Developing metrics dashboard to assess impact of expanded program responsibilities.
Establishing feedback forum to ensure continuous improvement following program expansion.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
For Health Equity this role will support shaping and executing the Rare Cardiac Health Equity programming in key local markets. Role responsibilities will include:
Providing insights and feedback in development of over-arching Health Equity program blueprint and execution plan.
Creating customized execution plans for all 8 key markets (Plans to include: Recruitment Efforts Program Logistics Program Content Pre/Post Program Media Enduring Materials Impact Metrics HCP/Patient Community Follow-up Continuous Improvement).
Developing comprehensive metrics plan to assess HE programs impact on increasing ATTR-CM suspicion in local HCP and Patient communities.
Establishing specific responsibilities for Customer Facing Colleagues in program roll out.
Partnering in development of Meeting-in-a-Box to extend program reach.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical customer-oriented roles.
Demonstrated ability developing successful execution plans.
Demonstrated ability developing metrics plan.
Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines while collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners.
Nice-to-Have
MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience; OR PhD or JD with at least 5 years of experience; OR MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience.
Experience with VynAssist management and operations.
Experience in developing and implementing Health Equity initiatives.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Some domestic travel may berequired aligned with the Health Equity program series roll-out.
