Duties & Responsibilities
Sector Strategy & Execution: Lead the execution of the national mining & construction strategy including pricing credit origination and risk Own sector profitability budget performance and book growth
Supplier & Partner Management: Manage and expand key supplier relationships nationally Identify new supplier networks to increase deal origination
Team & Regional Support: Support regional teams with structuring origination and closing deals Share industry insights and coach teams on sales techniques
Sales Cadence: Ensure pipeline 300% of monthly sales targets; WIP 500% Oversee credit submissions and monthly meeting activity (20 per month)
Skills & Experience: Minimum 57 years in asset finance or corporate sales preferably in mining/construction sectors Strong negotiation strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills Experience working nationally with regional sales teams
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or similar Postgraduate or industry certification advantageous
