What this job involves:

JLL is seeking an Associate / Assistant Project Manager to support security remediation projects for Wells Fargo & Company across a national portfolio. This role will support the planning coordination and execution of physical security and infrastructure improvement projects working closely with Project Managers vendors and client stakeholders. The position offers exposure to a large complex client environment and the opportunity to grow within JLLs Project & Development Services platform while contributing to the safety and operational excellence of one of the nations leading financial institutions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support Project Managers in the planning execution and delivery of security remediation projects ensuring alignment with Wells Fargo standards client objectives and JLL best practices.
• Assist in developing project scope schedules and budgets for assigned projects including minor renovations and security upgrades.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple sites including scheduling vendor engagement and resource allocation.
• Track project timelines milestones and deliverables proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Assist with project financial management including tracking expenses monitoring accounts receivable and supporting financial reporting.
• Coordinate and manage Vendor RFP processes ensuring accurate documentation and consistent electronic file management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation status reports and presentations for internal teams and client-facing meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordinator business support or project-based role.
• Basic knowledge of construction architecture or commercial real estate with an interest in security or infrastructure-related projects.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a national portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams vendors and client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard business applications (Microsoft Office; PMWeb; MS Project preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture Business Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience supporting renovation remediation or multi-site rollout projects.
• Experience working with national or financial services clients.
• Familiarity with security systems or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to collaborative ethical and high-performance team cultures.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
