Were looking for a Business Development / Growth Engineering Intern to grow our business. You will:
- Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles shaping who we target and how we reach them
- Build and own prospecting workflows using modern automation tools like Claude Clay and HubSpot
- Execute outbound campaigns that book qualified meetings and move deals forward
- Establish structured pipeline discipline that scales with our growth
- Qualify prospects assess fit and maintain tight follow-up across your book of business
- Create systems and processes that blend commercial execution with engineering thinking
Your profile
What you should bring to the team:- Currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
- Available for at least 6 week internship
The Nice-to-haves:- Previous internship or project experience in sales engineering or growth roles
Experience with MCPs API-integrations - Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce) or marketing automation tools
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or interest in healthcare technology

- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Interested in AI automation and modern sales tooling
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Highly curious and eager to learn about sales processes and growth strategies
Practical Requirements / Eligibility:- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Valid work authorization in Belgium
- Able to work from our Leuven office at least 3 days per week
