Labourer

FLINT is seeking Labourers with oil and gas industry experience for a temporary job in Winnipeg Manitoba starting March 23 2026 until April 24 2026. In this position you will enjoy a MondayFriday schedule 8-hour workdays and benefits after 300 hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance so it is best suited for local candidates. However those who are willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience in oil and gas industry.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
• Concrete and civil work
• Proficient in operating Skid Steer and Telehandler
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
