A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides clinical and technical guidance to end-users & associated HCPs where required.
• Provides clinical and technical expertise through case support product demonstrations installations maintenance or suitable alternatives of company products.
• Provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications where/as needed.
• Area of responsibility will be product/disease focused linked to the Operating Units you are responsible for.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive therapy adoption.
• Focus on clinically driven accounts within an assigned geographical area and in need of onsite support.
• Management of consignment inventory in allocated accounts as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for specific OUs assigned to you.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical technical or sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry
• Medical background and experience in the surgical field preferred as well as knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Professional positive attitude and well spoken
• Team player
• Capable of moderate lifting and potentially standing for prolonged periods
• Able to accommodate overtime and/or weekend shifts as needed and open to travel requirements
• Computer literacy
