IT On-Site Support Technician

What You Will Do
Support installation and replacing end user IT workplace equipment (pcs smartphones printers collaboration tools)
Assist with the management and maintenance of local servers and networks in collaboration with global IT teams
Processing and taking ownership of tickets from customers and operational administration of IT assets (hard- and software)
Provide support for local applications (where applicable and in line with global policies)
Deliver training and education to users in relation to the supported services and solutions while contributing to improvement of IT services and knowledge databases
Following (internal and external) audit requirements
Assist in monitoring onsite systems to ensure optimal operation and address any performance issues
Familiar with how IT solutions are supporting business critical processes for each location assigned
Who You Are
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field is preferred
Experience delivering IT Support & Solutions is preferred
Fluent English
