Administrative Assistant for PCT
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to support the PCT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks managing communications and ensuring the efficient of departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and send requests for quiz schedules from Program Heads.
- Maintain approvals for all requests directed by the Head of Department/Program.
- Update and manage program activity records on a daily basis.
- Receive and process answered exam sheets for quizzes final exams and resit exams.
- Assist with Control Room duties as assigned.
- Provide model answers and student answer sheets for audit purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality security and integrity in all administrative processes.
- Receive direct and monitor departmental email correspondences.
- Coordinate with training sites and facilitate student requests.
- Establish and maintain communication with external entities for collaboration opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments and units to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Health Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
- Certified training in a relevant specialization is an asset.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills.
