Zoho Account Manager

Job Summary
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Zohorelated matters for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Zoho and our clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and monitor the performance of Zoho applications for clients resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Proactively address clients needs concerns and expectations to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Coordinate with Internal Support team and deliver the right solution at the right time to the customers.
- Create and deliver a tailored demonstration to showcase customized solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver exceptional service to key clients.
- Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating developing and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.
- Identify potential in accounts by studying current business; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the effective delivery of Zoho solutions.
- Keep updated on Zohos latest products and offerings and educate both the team and clients about them.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations for Zoho solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Zoho products and services.
- Work closely with Zoho representatives to resolve any issues obtain resources and improve our partner relationship.
- Stay updated on industry trends market developments and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Prepare reports on account status
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales account management or other customerfacing roles in Egypt
- Proven experience in a clientfacing role such as account management or customer success.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho applications and their capabilities.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to address customer issues effectively.
- Customercentric mindset with a focus on client success and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple key accounts.
- Proactive selfmotivated and resultsoriented attitude.
- Experience in contract negotiation and renewal is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and Clevel
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho CRM or HubSpot) or any SaaS product.
- Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills English and Arabic
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
