Job Summary
- Develop and implement longterm engineering strategies aligned with the organizations overall goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers providing guidance support and career development opportunities.
- Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Stay uptodate with the latest engineering technologies and trends and apply them to innovative solutions.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence.
- Develop and manage engineering budgets optimizing resource allocation and costeffectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with engineering projects and operations.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards regulations and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments such as manufacturing sales and marketing to foster collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and promote the development of new products and processes.
Qualifications :
- Advanced degree in engineering (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Civil or related field)
- Extensive experience in engineering roles including leadership positions
- Strong technical knowledge and problemsolving skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
