Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for clients ensuring alignment with customer requirements and businessobjectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building strongrelationshipsand ensuringa high levelof customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering and operations to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
Identifynew business opportunities and work with clients to expand existing projects orinitiatenew onesleveragingautomation technologies.
Oversee the development and implementation of project plans timelines and budgets ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular reviews of project progress addressing any issues orrisksand implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams promoting best practices in project management and solution delivery.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and identify opportunities for innovation.
Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and clients highlighting project achievements challenges and opportunities for future growth.
