Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Controller to join our team in Downingtown PA. The Automotive Controller will oversee the financial operations of our dealership group ensuring accurate accounting compliance with industry regulations and effective financial reporting to support business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and budgets to provide insight to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local financial regulations and standards.
- Work closely with other departments to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
- Assist with strategic planning and forecasting to help guide business decisions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations applicable to dealerships.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
