Job Description

We are now looking for a Senior BI Developer to join our growing team based in our Bradford office during a pivotal period of transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our data future as we transition from onpremise systems to a modern cloudbased data platform.
As a Senior BI Developer you will play a key part in our BI development strategyleading the creation of highquality selfserve reporting solutions for both internal teams and external partners. You will also be instrumental in supporting and up-skilling colleagues across the business in Power BI best practice.
You will be responsible for building enhancing and maintaining selfservice dashboards in Power BI to deliver accurate insightful and userfriendly reporting while working closely with stakeholders across Finance Operations Sales and others to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI addition you will support our major data transformation project by contributing to the migration from onpremise warehousing to cloud technologies using your strong SQL and datawarehousing expertise to design efficient data models and pipelines. You will also play a key role in developing BI capability across the wider team through mentoring and knowledgesharing.
You will bring expertise as a true Power BI specialist with strong dashboard development experience supported by solid SQL skills and a sound understanding of datawarehousing principles. You will have experience working within BI or data engineering teams and demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. Youll also take a proactive solutionsfocused approach showing a genuine passion for continuous improvement.
