Job Summary
Position Summary
The Mobile Development & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the growth expansion and daily execution of the dealerships Mobile Service Program. This dual-role position requires strong business development initiative creative thinking and disciplined operational coordination.
Growth is a primary focus of this role. The opportunities for mobile development are extensive and this position requires someone who can generate ideas problem-solve how to implement them and execute them fullyfrom concept to completionresulting in exceptional customer experiences and measurable financial growth. Minimum performance standards are outlined in a separate document.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive community engagement and corporate outreach.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporations fleet accounts and large employers.
- Identify create and execute mobile events and service opportunities from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and promote initiatives effectively.
- Coordinate daily mobile scheduling technician workflow and operational readiness.
- Monitor productivity utilization revenue and profitability.
- Ensure professional execution of mobile services and a high-level customer experience.

Compensation & Benefit Package
- Compensation: DOE
- Paid Time Off:40 hours front-loaded Paid Time Off (after 90 days employment). PTO increases at 3rd and 5th year anniversaries.
