With expensive expansion planning we must ensure the latest process developments are technically feasible and fully integrated into our production plants. You will transfer the knowledge specify processes and align equipment designs with the process needs of the production of innovative ingredients in the food tech sector.
A Taste of What to Expect
- Act as the technical interface between R&D and CAPEX team transferring the process knowledge from lab to production
- Oversee engineering design plant layout and process scale-up activities ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with safety regulatory and quality requirements
- Review and document process concepts flow diagrams and key process parameters for inclusion in capital project designs
- Participate in design reviews to validate that process requirements are met in equipment and plant layouts
- Support commissioning and scale-up activities by ensuring alignment between process intent and installed systems
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering in a food production and/or pilot-scale testing in close collaboration with engineering teams
- Degree in Process Chemical Mechanical Food Engineering or related field with a solid understanding of process development and scale-up in production environments
- Strong skills in documenting and communicating effectively technical requirements and process knowledge
- Familiarity with project management principles and regulatory standards in industrial projects and food processing
- Proven track record in coordination and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments
