Enterprise Training ProfessionalWhat does a successful Enterprise Training Professional do at Fiserv
As a successful Enterprise Training Professional you will deliver core System and technical product training to our Issuer Solution clients who issue credit cards to customers.
What you will do:
- Design and deliver highquality training solutions for Fiserv Issuer Solutions clients
- Support client onboarding and ongoing adoption by applying adult learning methodologies delivering system and product training and representing Fiserv with professionalism in all client interactions
- Develop and maintain educational tools and strategies to deliver effective education that is consistent with our clients needs and expectations
- Employ standard adult learning methodologies in all training materials/courses
What you will need to have:
Experience designing and delivering training using adult learning principles
Strong presentation facilitation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced clientfacing environment
Proven collaboration and organizational skills
College degree or equivalent experience
What would be great to have:
Experience in financial services issuer processing or system/product training
Familiarity with client onboarding or implementation environments
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including but not limited to F-1 (OPT CPT STEM) H-1B H-2 or TN or any candidate requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this role.
