Tree-Nation is the worlds largest reforestation platform enabling individuals and companies to plant trees globally and offset CO₂ emissions.

Why This Role Exists
Revenue at Tree-Nation comes in two main forms:
- Companies committing to recurring planting (e.g. annual pledges).
- Companies integrating Tree-Nation into their systems via API plugins or automation tools.
Some deals are commercial and relationship-driven.
Others require technical integration before revenue can happen.
This role owns both.
You are responsible for turning qualified leads into recurring revenue whether through a simple pledge structure or a fully integrated API solution.
The Role
You will manage inbound and SDR-qualified outbound opportunities and take full ownership of converting them into long-term recurring revenue (MRR).
Depending on the client this may mean:
- Structuring a recurring planting commitment with no technical work
- Designing and guiding a full API integration
- Helping a Shopify brand activate a plugin
- Supporting an automation flow through Zapier or webhooks
You must be comfortable switching between commercial discussions and technical conversations.
What Youll Do
Revenue Ownership
- Manage qualified inbound and outbound leads.
- Identify the most appropriate activation model (pledge vs integration).
- Drive recurring revenue growth (MRR).
- Work within standardized pricing structures.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure recurring commitments over time.
Integration & Technical Enablement
When integration is required you will:
- Guide API implementations (REST).
- Support webhooks and automation flows.
- Assist with Shopify / WooCommerce plugins.
- Help clients reason about system architecture and data flows.
- Debug issues and clarify documentation when needed.
Basic coding ability is a strong plus. The more autonomous you are technically the better.
Systems & Process Thinking
- Monitor integration or pledge activation success.
- Reduce friction in technical onboarding.
- Improve conversion rates where technical complexity is involved.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to simplify activation.
AI-Driven Execution
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency in qualification communication and troubleshooting.
- Identify automation opportunities within your own workflow.
- Contribute to making revenue operations more scalable.
What Were Looking For
Experience
- Mid-level experience in technical sales growth or solutions roles.
- Experience in SaaS APIs or platform-driven businesses.
- Comfortable owning revenue targets (MRR).
Technical Capability
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration logic.
- Able to discuss implementation details with engineers.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation.
- Basic coding skills are a strong advantage.
- Able to learn new integration environments quickly.
Commercial Capability
- Comfortable managing recurring commercial relationships.
- Structured and KPI-driven.
- Honest and solution-oriented rather than aggressive.
- Excellent English (mandatory).
- Spanish and/or French are a plus.
Mindset
- High ownership and accountability.
- Adaptable able to move between technical depth and commercial follow-up.
- Systems thinker.
- Office-based in Barcelona (no remote).
