Job Summary
Step down RN 3x12 Nights 7p-7a Typically 1:4 ratio; 1:5 ratio in emergencies (no drips; lower acuity step down unit) Start date: ASAP Contract length: 13 weeks Possible extension: Yes Shift dates: Weekdays every other weekend Certs required: BCLS ACLS Skills required: IV start telemetry Experience required: 2 years Additional requirements: 1 year of experience MS/Tele and 2 years of experience in Stepdown and able to read strips Travel experience: Not required Scrubs provided: No burgundy and/or white EMR: Cerner SUBMISSION PROCESS: -ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN: Candidate profile (work history) Specialty specific skills checklist Minimum 2 Manager/Charge References (within past 2yrs.) RN License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of sub date). A COPY OF ALL REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE SUBMITTAL PACKET. ***DISCLAIMER: Facility will only tolerate 2-3 call offs per contract. They have been experiencing attendance issues and want to make the expectation clear before applying. The called off days will need to be made up.
