Job Summary

Pick & Pack / Inventory Associate (Customer-Facing)

Schedule: Full-Time 7-Day Operation

Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $13/hr. paid weekly

Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

We are hiring Pick & Pack / Inventory Associates to support a growing drone delivery operation. This is a hands-on customer-facing role that goes beyond basic pick and pack duties and includes inventory management customer interaction and physical activity both inside and outside the store.

What Youll Do

Pick pack and prepare customer orders accurately
Perform inventory counts audits and stock checks
Walk the store floor to locate items and maintain inventory accuracy
Interact directly with customers and merchant partners in a professional friendly manner
Use tablets and smartphones to receive and process orders
Weigh validate and package items for delivery
Transport packages to the drone pickup area and assist with loading
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Escalate issues to leadership as needed

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Customer-facing position requiring strong communication skills
Extensive walking throughout the store and outdoor areas
Ability to stand bend kneel lift and carry items for long periods
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Fast-paced active work environment

Schedule & Availability

7-day-a-week operation
Current hours: 8:30 AM 6:30 PM
Transitioning to 4-day 10-hour shifts (8:30 AM 7:30 PM)
Must be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed

Entry-level candidates welcome - no experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using technology (tablets smartphones)
Reliable punctual and dependable
Must have reliable transportation
Valid drivers license
Able to work an average of 40 hours per week
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
Must live within approximately 30 miles of the worksite
Must wear PPE
