As a Senior Delivery Manager in our Secure Government division youll be a leader in our Transformation Solutions Practice. Your role will be to help our clients maximise the benefit of digital transformation and enable innovative ways of working. Working directly with clients you will identify shape and manage better delivery capabilities. Youll lead your own work streams and work as part of Agile delivery teams across our market.
Your role
- Lead delivery of complex IT and digital services.
- Provide strategic direction and technical oversight across multiple workstreams.
- Shape delivery strategies and ensures strong governance.
- Set expectations for systems engineering and delivery practices.
- Manage seniorlevel stakeholders in secure highstakes environments.
- Anticipate technical risks and brings clarity to ambiguous digital landscapes.
- Maintain momentum and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure delivery meets performance security and resilience standards.
- Act as a senior adviser influencing key decisions.
- Strengthen delivery capability and ensures outcomes align with strategic priorities.
About you
- Significant experience leading IT or digital delivery in complex secure or highstakes environments.
- Expertise shaping delivery strategies for IT services platforms applications or digital capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex technical delivery dynamics.
- Strong leadership presence guiding engineering architecture and multidisciplinary digital teams.
- Advanced understanding of Agile DevOps or hybrid delivery models within IT environments.
- Highlevel commercial and technical awareness including supplier oversight service performance and digital investment decisions.
- Ability to navigate technical ambiguity manage major IT risks and maintain delivery momentum.
- Strong communication skills providing clear narrative and direction across technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Experience developing delivery capability coaching and mentoring digital delivery professionals.

For these positions candidates must be able to work onsite at least four days per week.
