Schedule: Sunday Thursday Saturday
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Job Overview: Bear Canyon Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient comfort safety and well-being.
Job duties: -
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician

Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Assist with patient assessments and care planning

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Support residents with daily living activities when needed

Communicate patient updates to physicians nurses and family members

Follow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements: - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Previous experience in rehabilitation skilled nursing or long-term care required

Strong clinical and patient care skills

BLS certification required
