LOCALS APPROVED AT THE TRAVEL RATE Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 3 x 8hr NOCs (FRIDAY - SUNDAY) - Ratios: 1:15-25 - Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience Central line blood draw Central line dressing change IV pumps Starting IVs - First-Timers Accepted: No; Previous travel experience is required. - Weekend REQ: Every Weekend (Friday - Sunday shift) - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ: No - Will this traveler need to float between like units: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU with remaining time spent floating to other areas - Open to accommodating block schedule: Yes - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: Yes - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
