Job Summary

Critical Direct-Hire Opportunity: Data Analytics Leader in Logistics

A fast-growing technology-driven logistics organization is seeking a Data Analytics professional to serve as the key link between data and executive decision-making.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with the C-suite helping transform complex operational data into clear insights that drive growth efficiency and customer value. With a competitive salary of $125K-$175K plus benefits. Hybrid role with one day a week in the office in City of Industry location.

What youll do:
Build high-impact Power BI (preferred) or Tableau dashboards for Operations Finance and Sales leaders
Partner directly with executive leadership to deliver actionable insights
Conduct deep-dive analysis on margin performance labor planning and carrier efficiency
Help shape the dashboard experience for customer-facing technology platforms
Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization

What were looking for:
Strong Power BI (highly recommended) or Tableau dashboard development
SQL expertise
Transportation and Logistics industry experience required
Familiarity with EDI Bill of Lading (BoL) inventory and operational logistics data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with executive leadership
