Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design

Design end to end Power BI architecture including data ingestion semantic models dashboards and deployment pipelines
Define best practices standards and governance for Power BI development across the organization
Architect enterprise semantic models using Power BI datasets shared models and Direct Lake / Import / DirectQuery modes
Ensure scalable high performance BI solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

Power BI Development & Optimization

Lead complex Power BI report and dashboard design for executive and operational analytics
Optimize DAX calculations data models and report performance
Implement row level security (RLS) object level security (OLS) and data access controls
Drive adoption of Power BI Service features (Apps Workspaces Deployment Pipelines Incremental Refresh)

Technical Skills

8 12 years in BI / Analytics with 5 years in Power BI
Expert level knowledge of:
- Power BI Desktop & Service
- DAX (advanced measures calculation groups optimization)
- Data modeling & performance tuning
Strong experience with Azure data services
Hands on experience with:
- Import DirectQuery Composite models
- Incremental refresh large datasets

Power BI REST APIs (preferred
