Job Summary

Client > Management Consulting Company belonging to National Fund Saudi Arabia
Context > Seeking an experienced M&A Consultant specialized in the Technology sector to support the development of a strategic M&A initiative in Saudi Arabia. The advisor will play a key role in identifying acquisition opportunities analyzing potential targets and supporting the structuring of transactions within the technology and digital ecosystem. The engagement is part of a broader strategy to expand activities in the Saudi and GCC technology markets
Tasks / Responsibilities > for illustrative purposes and not exhaustive: Technology Market Mapping; Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships; Develop a structured pipeline of opportunities; Perform high-level commercial and strategic evaluation of potential targets; Assess scalability market positioning and growth potential; Contribute to valuation analysis and transaction structuring; Work closely with leadership financial advisors legal advisors and other stakeholders involved in the transaction process; Support discussions with potential partners or acquisition targets
Requisites > 8–15 years’ experience M&A advisory Corporate development or Management Consulting in Corporate Finance; Proven experience in technology sector transactions; Experience in cross-border transactions is highly desirable; Strong M&A and deal structuring capabilities; Financial analysis and valuation skills; Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Saudi national or around KSA (local professional highly desirable)
Workload/Location> Full-time Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)
Start-date > Immediate need end 2026 with strong potential for extension 2027
Rate > able to attract more qualified candidates
