Description

As a Developer Advocate and Technology Evangelist you are responsible for building awareness trust and enthusiasm for Toradex and Torizon among developers and technical decisionmakers.

You will:

• be a visible technical voice among developers and
• recruit onboard and support external experts (evangelists) to talk about Toradex and Torizon.

Responsibilities

Developer Advocacy

• Represent Toradex and Torizon in talks webinars meet-ups podcasts and videos targeting developers and technical leaders.
• Turn complex technical topics (e.g. Torizon security cloud integration EUCRA readiness) into clear compelling narratives.
• Create or cocreateexample storylines and usecases that educate and inspire developers.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Ecosystem and Growth team to builddeveloperfacing campaigns.

Evangelist Program Ownership

• Own and operate the Evangelist Program endtoend
• Identify prioritize and recruitevangelists (bloggers YouTubers podcasters partners customers educators analysts).
• Onboard and brief evangelists coplan talks content and joint activities and maintain aconsistent cadence of collaborations.
• Coordinate what weinvest in evangelists (hardware early access deepdive sessions comarketing).
• Track and communicate the impact of the program (mentions talks content volume reach sentiment).

Partner & Community Awareness

• Support the Toradex Proven Partner Network from the advocacy and awareness side
• Work with Partner Management Developer Experience and Marketing to createjoint narratives and content with partners (webinars case studies demos blog posts).
• Elevate selected partners ascoevangelists in their domains and ensure they reinforce Toradex and Torizon core messages.

Content & Feedback Loop

• Create and maintain enablement material for evangelists partners and internal teams (talk outlines slide decks talking points FAQs storylines).
• Gatherfeedback and insights from developer communities evangelists and partner activities and share them with Product Product Marketing Developer Experience and Partner teams to improve our products positioning and programs.

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience in Developer Relations Developer Advocacy Technical Evangelism or in Product Marketing with a strong developerfacing component.
• Proven experiencespeaking to developers for example:
  • Conferences or meetups
  • Webinars live streams or workshops
  • Technical blogs podcasts or video content
• Strong ability to translate technical topics into clear engaging stories for technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experiencebuilding or nurturing technical communities (developer communities OSS meet-ups online forums etc.).
• Excellent communication skills inEnglish (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working crossfunctionally withProduct Marketing Product Developer Experience Sales and Partner Management.
• Datainformed mindset with the ability totrack and report impact of evangelism and awareness activities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in embedded systems IoT or related B2B technology markets.
• Handson experience buildingdemos or prototypes (for example in C/C or Python or using containers).
• Experience designing or runningevangelist/influencer programs or partner comarketing initiatives.
